Reading lesser known books

There’s a certain joy in reading lesser-known books, ones that aren’t dictated by fandoms or algorithms. These books don’t come with expectations; they simply exist. Without the weight of public opinion, you're free to form your own interpretations.

The truth is, the books that fly under the radar are often the ones that contain the most interesting and original ideas. These books didn’t go viral because they were niche or didn’t fit neatly into a trending genre or simply because they didn't have the marketing budget. But this is exactly why they’re worth reading.

I plan to read more of such books in 2025. Will keep sharing book reviews on Reading Den as and when I do. Currently, I'm reading Nero: Matricide, Music, and Murder in Imperial Rome. Amazon link here

Some books I read in 2024:

Through The Shadowlands by Julie Rehmeyer

Touching My Father's Soul: A Sherpa's Journey to the Top of Everest

Private Equity: A Memoir by Carrie Sun

Prisoners of Geography by Tim Marshall

The Rare Metals War by Guillaume Pitron
